Casper:
The only city in the county seat of Natrona County, Casper is the second largest city in Wyoming. Nicknamed the “Oil City”, Casper has a long history of oil boomtown and cowboy culture. It is located in the east-central part of Wyoming, at the foot of Casper Mountain.
Laramie:
The county seat of Albany County, Laramie was settled in the mid-nineteenth century along the Union Pacific Railroad line. It is located on the Laramie River, west of Cheyenne, in southeastern Wyoming.
