Saint Paul is the capital and second most populated city in Minnesota. Near the north bank of the Mississippi River and downstream from the Minnesota River, Saint Paul is adjoined to Minneapolis, forming the “Twin Cities”. The city has a continental climate typical of the Upper Mid West.
